What Data Items should you record?

You need to record the types of data you share with other bodies. This should not be on the individual level (i.e. Ms Smith’s Initial Needs Assessment) but on a higher level (i.e. Initial Needs Assessments generally). If the data is being processed in the same way and going to the same place you are likely to be able to record it together. Ultimately the level of granularity is your decision.
