How digital ready is your care organisation?

Last week, Katie Thorn from Digital Care Hub partnered up with UK Care Week & Salesforce to deliver a webinar for care providers exploring their digital readiness. The webinar explores what’s on offer for care providers looking to adopt digital technologies and what they can do to prepare for digital adoption.

In her slides, Katie discusses 4 key areas that care services can develop to get the basics right:

• People involved in your care service: staff, people you care for, and their families.
• The infrastructure of your business.
• What data protection and cyber security implications the technology you’re using might have.
• Funding opportunities available to adopt technology.

Katie explores each area in detail and signposts listeners to key guidance and free support available from Digital Care Hub, Digitising Social Care, and Skills for Care.
